The specific services to be provided under this PAQ are unknown at this time, including the total number of deliverables, hours, and cost. The total estimated amount that the State may expend for this PAQ is $62,500. All estimated numbers herein are estimates only, are provided for informational purposes only, and such estimates are not intended to reflect any guaranteed usage for this PAQ. The State of Missouri shall not guarantee any minimum or maximum amount of the contractors services that may be required under the PAQ. If the need for services arises, the contractor and ITSD will agree on the scope, timing, and cost of each deliverable before the commencement of work. The cost evaluation for this PAQ will be worth a total of 50 points. Experience and expertise will be worth 25 points (CIMOR experience 5 of those points); and approach and methodology will be worth 25 points. For critical support, it will be assumed, for evaluation purposes only, that 887.5 hours of PAQ work be performed during the contract period. The offeror shall provide the classification title and associated per hour rate for the classification they intend to utilize. Issue documentation will include cost estimates based on hourly rates in this PAQ in order to determine estimates for complete work. The State of Missouris preference is to have only one consultant to fulfill the requirements of this PAQ. The offeror shall agree and understand that the quantities used in the evaluation of cost are provided solely to document how cost will be evaluated. The State of Missouri makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy of the quantities stated nor does the State of Missouri intend to imply that the figures used for the cost evaluation in any way reflect actual nor anticipated usage. PROJECT APPROACH AND SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractors PAQ Response should include a Project Overview, Resources, Approach/Methodology, Change Control Plan, Issue Tracking Plan, Assumptions and Quality Assurance Plan. The Contractor must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Contractor should provide a work breakdown structure or project plan. This Critical Support PAQ is being requested under the Statewide Information Technology (IT) Consulting Services contract. This PAQ shall not exceed $62,500. The contractor will report to the CIMOR Project Manager, who will provide contract staff with sufficient knowledge and skill to resolve CIMOR production problems that are classified as either “Critical” or “Major” using the definitions below. Every work order will be prioritized by the CIMOR Project Manager and a preliminary cost estimate will be provided by the contractor. The CIMOR Project Manager in coordination with CIMOR management will authorize all issue/problem work to be performed. The CIMOR Project Manager or his/her designee will make the appropriate resource assignments to complete the work. Work on these problems will commence within a designated time frame based on the category. Each deliverable/problem report assigned under this PAQ will require a description of the problem, the resolution to the problem and the actual cost.
