Description:

PROJECT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:

The Missouri Secretary of States Office (MSOS) is in the process of older asp, .NET applications to .NET4.5
framework. There are several applications that need to be migrated/upgraded.
Depending on the application, it could be either migrated or upgraded. SOS IT will make the decision on the
status.
The objective of this PAQ is to obtain services for upgrading the older asp, .net applications to .NET4.5
framework.

PROJECT APPROACH AND SCOPE OF WORK:

The Contractors PAQ Response should include a Project Overview, Resources, Approach/Methodology,
Change Control Plan, Issue Tracking Plan, Assumptions and Quality Assurance Plan. The Contractor must
provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the
tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The
Contractor should provide a work breakdown structure or project plan.

* 7+ years overall experience designing, developing, and implementing web-based applications
* Strong C#
* Strong ASP.NET 4.5
* Strong Web Forms (HTML, AJAX, JavaScript)
* Solid understanding of database procedures
* Solid understanding of WCF services, N-Tier architecture
The individual(s) will work on-site at the MSOS, unless approved in advance by the MSOS.
