Items may require a deliverable review meeting wherein the contractor walks through the deliverable with the ITSD and agency staff, followed by revisions as required, and finally, with a request for approval and associated payment per the PAQ. Testing timeline must not be compressed once the work plan has been approved. The attached “State of Missouri BAA Final” must be signed by the contractor and shared with the consultant. PROJECT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: (Introduction/Overview, Background, Goals and Objectives) The goal of this PAQ is to provide critical and major production problem support, assistance, and knowledge transfer as needed for the Department of Mental Healths Customer Information Management, Outcomes and Reporting (CIMOR) system. SCOPE OF WORK: (Agency Requirements/Tasks, Infrastructure/Environment considerations and Security Requirements) The specific services to be provided under this PAQ are unknown at this time, including the total number of deliverables, hours, and cost. The total estimated amount that the State may expend for this PAQ is $256,480. All estimated numbers herein are estimates only, are provided for informational purposes only, and such estimates are not intended to reflect any guaranteed usage for this PAQ. The State of Missouri shall not guarantee any minimum or maximum amount of the contractors services that may be required under the PAQ. If the need for services arises, the contractor and ITSD will agree on the scope, timing, and cost of each deliverable before the commencement of work. The cost evaluation for this PAQ will be worth a total of 50 points. Experience and expertise will be worth 25 points (CIMOR experience of the developer will be 5 of those points); and approach and methodology will be worth 25 points. For critical support, it will be assumed, for evaluation purposes only, those 3,664 hours of PAQ work are performed during the contract period. The offeror shall provide the classification title and associated per hour rate for the classification they intend to utilize. Issue documentation will include cost estimates based on hourly rates in this PAQ in order to determine estimates for complete work. The State of Missouris preference is to have only one consultant to fulfill the requirements of this PAQ. The offeror shall agree and understand that the quantities used in the evaluation of cost are provided solely to document how cost will be evaluated. The State of Missouri makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy of the quantities stated nor does the State of Missouri intend to imply that the figures used for the cost evaluation in any way reflect actual nor anticipated usage. For CIMOR, the contractor would be considered a senior-level developer, who can deal with complex and ambiguous scenarios.
