Description: Duties and Responsibilities: • Coordinate, Align and Manage the Overall Project Work Plan • Develop, Review, Comment, and Report on Project Artifacts • The contractor is expected to provide a high level of engagement throughout the project from start to finish; be proactive, not passive or reactive; actively help identify and track risks and issues, recommend and implement actions to mitigate risks and issues, not just report on problems • Provide regular planning and activity tracking across projects applying corrective/preventative actions as needed to stay on schedule; and assist with the testing planning, review, environment preparations, and oversight throughout the project life cycle. • Daily interaction with the Project Director toward DWC program modernization. • Support Project Director with monitoring and control of a large program by focusing on specific work stream- Digitization Project, and other duties as assigned. • Strong writing skills and experience in developing a variety of written products. • Proven customer management skills. • Lead and manage with hands-on work on Digitization Projects effort of documentation, storage, retention, and destruction of paper documents. • Lead and manage with hands-on work on Digitization Projects effort to scan images, send and receive documents, organize paper and electronic files, and analyze communication processes efficiency. • Lead and manage with hands-on work on Digitization Projects effort to retrieve files from a shared network drive from statewide offices and the Divisions electronic file sharing tool (currently Box.com) containing external stakeholders files. • Quickly and accurately prepare files to distribute to staff or upload them into File Bound Document Management Solution. • Provide general supervision as a manager by interpreting procedures and evaluating the efficiency of the operation and the attainment of program objectives • Daily use of Adobe Acrobat Pro and File Bound Document management system upon training. • Establish and maintain complex filing systems; prepare records for storage and/or archiving, and maintain correspondence and report files. • Organize physical work spaces, file rooms, etc. • Review and provides Quality Assurance for externally scanned documents and request re scans as necessary.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
