Job Description :

For these openings need candidates who have heavy front-end visualization experience in Tableau. They have a backlog of 175-200 stories in backlog that are either in refinement or working to get refined.

This team has strong back-end Tableau Developers but really need some expertise on the front-end to make correct data stand-out to end-users and to get the message out to customers (especially Senior Staff and VPs).

Need candidates who are able to work with the Business Users and keep their needs in mind in regards to visualization of the dashboards.

They will be responsible for picking items out of backlog and handling the reporting piece.



General Summary:
Build, develop, and manage SQL Server relational databases using data warehousing best practices
Design architecture, map business rules and processes into technical solutions
Hands-on ETL development. Review ETL load jobs coded by others for consistency and quality
Gather business requirements to conceptualize, design and deliver ongoing production reports and visual dashboards
Mine and manipulate data from the enterprise data warehouse, along with other disparate sources, to provide data reporting for business operational reports and analyses using a variety of analytical tools, including but not limited to: Tableau, SQL, SSRS, SAS, Excel, or related BI software
Ensure that proper controls are in place so that reports are accurate and timely; resolve any issues/errors
Work closely with the team to translate raw enterprise data into meaningful analyses and insights
Collaborate with team on developing a consistent approach to BI reports/dashboards used throughout the company; provide suggestions to improve reporting best practices and work as part of team responsible for ongoing process improvement efforts
Support the ongoing development of the enterprise data warehouse through the identification of new data sources and continued validation of existing data sources
Support the day-to-day performance, maintenance, and monitoring of SQL environments and interfaces
