Responsibilities: Work with subject matter experts to understand technical products, services, and processes Write and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and online help systems Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date Use diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to enhance documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets business requirements and technical specifications Test documentation to ensure it is user-friendly and easy to understand Continuously improve documentation by incorporating feedback from users and stakeholders Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in technical writing Required Skills/Experience: Bachelors degree in technical writing, English, communications, or a related field Proven experience as a technical writer or similar role Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills Strong attention to detail Ability to learn complex technical concepts quickly Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and collaboration skills Requires experience in Microsoft Office Applications Preferred/Not Required: Experience with MicroSoft SharePoint Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and XML Experience working in a Health and Human Services environment.
