Common work tasks include: • Assist with configuration and installation of new Avaya systems • Check health of Avaya environment including trunking and adjunct systems • Work trouble and programming tickets • Acting as tier III support for more complicated troubles • Work with Telecom providers to address circuit issues • Deployment of new products and technologies in the Avaya portfolio Required Skills/Experience Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position.
