The following is a high level overview of job responsibilities: • Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure to ensure continuous improvement • Participates in long-term planning, project status reporting, and change control processes • Manage data collection for reporting metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service • Manages objective testing and data validation prior to reporting findings and recommendations to key stakeholders • Troubleshoot and remove blockers, improve policies, eliminate workflow bottlenecks, and boost productivity • Monitors and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics • Measure progress on critical goals and KPIs to help teams course-correct, as needed • Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and implement strategies • Lead, motivate, and support a team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution • Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions are being properly executed • Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors 2 4.
