Roles and responsibilities include developing and executing a project plan, documenting business processes, developing requirements, drafting a CEP SOW and project managing staff and vendors. Client is undertaking a project to research, contract and implement a contact management database with online interface to an existing grants management software. Experience Requirements: *PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred. *CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred. *Bachelors Degree or higher in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience. * Minimum 5 years of experience performing project management, business analysis or IT management. *Public sector experience is preferred. Required Skills: *Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. *Apply strong analytical and product management skills to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. *Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the project scope, goals and deliverables. *Effectively communicate project tasks and expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. *Plan, schedule and track project milestones and deliverables. *Analyze the business requirements and develop procurement and solicitation documents. *Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents. *Document the acquired results of analysis and workflows. *Guide and motivate project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
