Candidates must be able to lead and implement projects in a timely manner, provide support for Salesforce Administrators, implement architectural improvements, mentor Salesforce developers and administrators as needed, and self-manage multiple project priorities. Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively and efficiently with both technical and non-technical team members. Job duties include, but are not limited to, development and maintenance of custom modules, configuration and support of 3rd party modules, development and support of reports, assistance in process automation, collaborating with teams for process improvement discussion, collaborating with teams to determine project requirements, and assistance with general Salesforce Administration duties when required. Further responsibilities include participation in team meetings, sales meetings, project meetings, regular Scrum/Agile meetings, company meetings, development of peers, and other management assigned tasks.Ability to visualize the larger strategic architecture while keeping the scope of system under development in mind is essential. Requirements for the position include: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems with 7 years experience as a senior developer or 8 years without a degree. Candidates must also have a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce custom development and are current in Salesforce tools, technologies, and trends.
