Remote options available Role & Responsibilities • Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for data sets • Create best-practice reports and dashboards based on data mining, analysis, and visualization • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for monitoring, handling, processing, and cleaning data • Identify trends and opportunities through analysis of complex data sets • Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships Skills and Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics • 3+ years experience as a data analyst or comparable role • Proven analytic skills, including evaluation, analysis, interpretation and visualization • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations • Expert SQL and Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools • Understanding of LDAP, and ability to pull data from an LDAP directory (Powershell or LDAP filter) • Strong sense of accountability and initiative to complete assigned tasks with a high degree of quality Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience with Oracle & SQL database management, and data model design techniques • Prior experience with IT Security, IAM and IAM Platforms (Quest One Identity Manager) • Practical experience in statistical analysis using analytical packages including Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI • Programming experience with frameworks including XML and JSON • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment it is a high-growth IT staffing firm, with headquarters in Dublin, Ohio and with offices serving the Columbus, Detroit, Boston, Cincinnati, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Hartford, Los Angeles, Tucson, San Francisco, Denver, and Cleveland metropolitan areas.
