Job Description Analyst: Service Desk, Software Solutions, Windows 10, Windows Server 2016 IE Chrome Experience

Description:

Conducts various types of research and analysis to support the business operations to an internal business segment, division, group or line of business. Assists management to resolve business issues in an effective and productive manner. Designs, documents and re-engineers business processes and publishes business metrics results.

This job family should be used for employees who support general management for an FIS business segment, division, group or line of business

The primary functionality of this role is to be the customer advocate during the SDLC solution process. The success of this individual at its core is about their soft skills focusing on drive, determination, organization and communication. This person will work as the relationship liaison between the customers and the technical teams that support our omni-channel client interfacing financial solutions. This person will be responsible for managing all the technical solutions that enable this process.

EXPERIENCE:

5+ years hands-on experience developing (implementing) and/or managing a help or service desk.

OR

5+ years hands-on experience implementing software solutions.

2+ years hands-on experience using Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016.

2+ years hands-on experience using IE, Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge web browsers.

2+ years hands-on experience using Apple and Android mobile devices.

2+ years hands-on experience using T-SQL active script language.

5+ years hands-on experience using Office365 Professional Plus (Word, Excel, OneNote, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook).

PLUS: Banking Knowledge.

This role will work with the following technical solutions daily:

Atlassian suite of JIRA, SLACK, Confluence and OpsGenie applications.

Office365 Professional Plus

ZenDesk and ZenTalk

ShoreTel/MiTel VoIP

Experience Preferred (PLUS):

Banking (Business Operations or IT Operations) background.

CAPM or PMP certification.
ITIL ITSM experience.
