This individual will also be working closely with business partners across the country, it is very critical that this individual is comfortable with building presentations and gathering requirements from these individuals. Responsibilities include coordination and communication with stake holders, gathering information, capturing and cleansing data, building reports and dashboards, performing data validation, and creating innovative ways to tell stories with data. Strong communication skills, being a self-starter and having the ability to work in a strong multi-location team environment is a necessity. Big plus to have previous experience within contact centers, KPIs and ways to proactively enhance the customer experience. Required Skills: Tableau, Strong SQL or PL/SQL query writing and data understanding, strong reporting skills, strong Microsoft Office (Power Point/Excel) Experience: - Bachelors degree in computer science, management information systems (MIS), information technology, or other related field - Ability to write user stories and test cases to support project related work.
