To provide enterprise level ACD support for multiple business units and clients. Work with vendors / cross team analysts to provide solutions to complex call routing and handling issues. Prioritize projects, issues and tasks and work under minimum supervision. Share responsibility for 24x7 on call support. Design and deploy solutions to address Call Center requests, incidents and performance issues. Work in conjunction with other IT areas in support of IVR and CTI applications. Periodic meetings with business units to review performance. Strong logical and methodical problem solving skills involving multiple vendors and applications Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills to relate technical information to non-technical individuals Required Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks plus work under minimal supervision Required Aspect CallCenter ACD experience Highly desired Aspect Workforce Optimization experience Highly desired IP telephony implementation and support experience Desired Technical aptitude to assimilate new information Highly desired Ability to collaboratively work with multiple individuals, departments and vendors Required IVR / CTI integration support experience Nice to have   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
