Job Level Specific Duties • Assist with the management of a project portfolio focused on transformation and innovation to achieve maximum return on investment • Monitor, measure, analyze and report on portfolio resource utilization, allocations and life cycles to ensure alignment with the corporate budget and strategy, and provide Executive reporting • Continuously analyze portfolio allocations to ensure on-going alignment with evolving organizational goals, targets and risks • Assist with maturing the portfolio analysis and reporting capabilities • Serve as a change agent and transformational leader • Planview knowledge a plus Minimum Education and Certifications • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Skills • Resource management/utilization knowledge in software development projects. • Portfolio resource allocation analysis • Demonstrates advanced proficiency in the specific tools that are available and required as part of the companys project management information system. • Advanced ability to identify, develop and quantify any required corrective action plans. • Advanced ability to ensure that effective project controls are in place to monitor project or program performance. • Advanced capability at providing effective performance reporting for the customer and company in order to monitor the progress of the project. • Advanced facilitation and communication skills.
