This position will play a leading role to define and drive the data architecture/warehouse strategy and roadmap. This position will also be responsible for leading and developing the agency data integration roadmap for our P20 project Perform data discovery and business process analysis. Develop logical schema design, master data definition and data flows. Design and develop good quality ETL solutions. Document and interpret data requirements, write complex database queries, views and perform complex data analysis using Oracle PL/SQL. Providing technical expertise on data integration technologies such as messaging, SOA, Data Virtualization, JSON, XML. Ensuring proper technical documentation (Data mapping, technical architecture drawings, etc.) is developed and maintained. Required Skills: * Knowledge of web and application servers and Oracle Database. * Knowledge of object-oriented frameworks, web services standards (SOAP, REST and WSDL), database management systems and application architecture. * Knowledge of database performance tuning techniques. * Knowledge of SOA and ESB. * Experience implementing data warehouses, operational data stores, and data integration projects. * Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools. * Experience with Enterprise Service Bus, ETL and data integration technologies. * Experience developing SOAP and REST Web Services. * Must have a 4 year degree in computer science or similar field from an accredited university.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
