The selected candidate assist with consultation, support, and/or training to clients of computer based systems. Duties will include but are not limited to: ? Installation ? Configuration ? Troubleshooting desktop system, ( including operating systems, applications, hardware and peripherals) ? Responding to Helpdesk tickets as needed in Tier II support areas. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: Required: ? In-depth knowledge and understanding of principles and theories of computer based systems ? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems and Office Suites ? Strong working knowledge of a wide range in desktop applications, antivirus/malware ? Strong working knowledge and experience in installation, configuration and troubleshooting failures. Experience in a variety of hardware and peripherals.
