Description: The client will provide senior-level systems analysis, business analysis, modeling and programming for .NET web applications with SQL server database environment. The selected candidate must be a results-oriented individual with a very strong work ethic and must be able to demonstrate excellent analytical, application design, application development, testing, implementation, communication and problem-solving skills. This position will be responsible for working with both senior-level business executives and IT personnel to execute initiative requirements and deliver stakeholder expectations and will assume a lead project analysis/developer role for the Transition to Community Living implementation application. The project is a multi-division initiative and will require coordination between the various business processes of the divisions. Required Skills: * Minimum six (6) years of developing web applications and user interfaces * Demonstrated oral and written communication skills * Demonstrated ability to work independently * Hands on experience with requirements gathering and validation, estimating tasks schedule, developing code, testing, and implementations. * Hands on experience with .NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server, ASP.NET, VB.NET and C#.NET * Hands on experience with HTML, DHTML, HTTP, XML, CSS and JavaScript * Hands on experience with web services standards SOAP, UDDI, WSDL and Web Services * Hands on experience with Microsoft IIS and Server Management * Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting or Crystal Reports * Hands on experience with Microsoft Access, Excel and Word * Proven track record of delivering IT projects within budget, scope and schedule. * Objective decision-making ability based on strategic objectives priority, business performance analysis and resource availability. * Hands on experience managing requirements gathering and validation, testing, and communications. * Strong supervision, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills. * Demonstrated presentation and training skills. * Demonstrated technical architecture/infrastructure knowledge and experience, including experience with multiple hardware platforms and operating systems.
