Position evaluates business and program application systems functionality to identify gaps, measuring the solution impact to business operations. Position designs business and program systems solutions by identifying and evaluating options, resolving solution issues, serving as a liaison between the business and the project team to improve productivity, and developing and delivering training. Position applies project management methodology. Required Skills: * Extensive knowledge of applicable business information systems, Business System Analysis techniques testing methodologies * Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and development of business rules and process flow * Proven experience with business process design, definition and/or re-design * Experience in test scenarios, test cases development, and solution testing using industry standard tools * Experience in HIPAA EDI X12 transactions such as 837 (P, D, I), 270/271, 276/277, 278 & NCPDP * Experience with health care transactions and code sets such as HIPAA, NCPDP, ICD-9/ICD-10 , various claim types etc. * Previous experience in Medicaid, Medicare and/or commercial healthcare insurance domain Desired Skills: * Hands-on experience in SILK testing tool and/or other industry standard tools such as QTP, TestDirector. * Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills including MS Project * Excellent creative thinking and problem solving skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
