Service Support Analyst - Senior description (including, but not limited to): • Provide application configuration and maintenance on the card payment application and become an expert on the use of all aspects of the system. • Provide support to the Next Generation Secure Driver License System deployment team, in respect to the installation and configuration of credit card functionality. • Assist the deployment team with troubleshooting installation issues. • Provide monitoring in production environments to ensure applications are operational during business hours. • Receive, log and fully document requests for support from help desk, other service delivery staff and/or users; investigate problems and other requests for support and determine appropriate actions to be taken. • Monitor progress of requests for support through resolution and ensure users and other interested parties are kept informed. Required Skills: * IT Management experience in a distributed web services and enterprise software environment or equivalent * Experience providing production support or similar role * Experience in card payment solutions and retail POS solutions * Experience in Billing and Payment solutions * Experience working with Windows Service environment * Experience in Systems Integration, SOA & Web Services * Experience in integrating .NET application with mainframe applications   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
