This project is modernizing the DMV Driver License system and business processes. The Business Analyst will be responsible for development of business requirements, test plans, test scripts and assisting with maintenance of project management tracking. This individual will be knowledgeable in all aspects of business analysis, testing and has a basic understanding of project management and system development life cycle as well as porting efforts from legacy applications to new solutions. The individual must have proven experience with enterprise level development projects. The Business Analyst will work closely with client s Program Manager in assisting with solution documentation and project management tools to meet State IT requirements. Required Skills: * Experience as a Business Process Design and Analysis on large and complex projects * Strong skills in Business Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering required * Experience working with Customer Relationship Management, Business Rules Management and Content Management tools. * Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups * Experience developing business requirements with strong business engagement skills * Microsoft Suite experience (e.g, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) * Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail * Experiencing transitioning stove-pipe systems and architecture to SOA-centric architecture * Experience developing and refining performance measures and benchmarks to develop an information framework to support business process analysis   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
