The Services SME will work with a team of SMEs from other SOA disciplines to help create and author plans, policies, procedures, and governance for SOA within the Service discipline. They will develop and operationalize change management for the tools and technologies within the Services discipline. Develop and operationalize Release Management for Service Discipline assets within the SOA Center. Develop Service Level Agreement metrics and goals for the Service Discipline. Required Skills: * 5 years of experience working in a mature SOA environment. * 5 years of experience developing processes and procedures for enterprise change and release management. * Experience implementing enterprise wides services for an organization. * Experience tracking SOA service assets through the release cycle Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diversified workload * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong problem solving, troubleshooting skills including ability to perform root cause analysis for preventative analysis * Ability to define and maintain SOA centric infrastructure documentation according to all the defined environments * High level of competence with MS Office, MS Visio, and MS Project Proven ability to produce documentation to a high standard * Experience transitioning stove-pipe systems and architecture to SOA-centric architecture * Competency in modeling, simulating and analyzing the "as-is" and SOA centric "to-be" scenarios.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
