The client Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) uses Crystal Reports for critical reporting functions for its client. Plans are underway to migrate the client application from MS Server 2003 OS to MS Server 2008 OS and install an updated version of Crystal Reports on the 2008 server. The selected candidate will assist with this migration, conversion and installation. This position will be responsible for performing the server upgrade process, including all report conversion activities (with the application vendor), installation of the updated version of Crystal Reports on the 2008 platform, configuration of the Crystal software to run as required for the current version of client, and problem resolution and recovery processes. This position will assist in maintenance of existing reports to assure accuracy during the time frame after the upgrade. Required Skills: * Experience installing Crystal Reports * Experience converting Crystal Reports * Experience configuring installed Crystal Reports software to run with required applications * Subject Matter Expert level expertise in problem resolution related to Crystal Reports installation, conversion and configuration. * Working knowledge of running/executing Crystal Reports. * Working knowledge of MS Server 2003 OS platform. * Working knowledge of MS Server 2008 OS platform. * Experience working with server upgrades when Crystal Reports are converted. * Ability to work as a member of a team to successfully accomplish the tasks required under this staffing request. * Knowledge, skills and ability to provide Crystal Reports support during and after installation. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desired Skills: * Proficient use of computer applications such as MS Office and Project in performing work assignments. * Coding experience. * Experience working with .asp applications.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
