Leading the analysis of existing data feeds into current mainframe data systems, data conversion and integration solutions required to support unemployment insurance benefit payment business processes ? Analyze data in various applications ? Mapping the data between various source systems ? Working with business users to research accuracy, correctness, completeness and relevance of data to fulfill legal and technical system requirements ? Identifying and cleaning invalid and outdated information ? Support and perform User Acceptance Test activities for Data Conversion and cleansing ? Ensure proper documentation is captured, maintained, understood by and available to business and/or IT partners ? Develop project plan with resource and time estimates ? Escalate critical technical issues and potential problems ? Address any related issues in advance of deadlines. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: Candidate must possess or exceed all the following requirements: ? Minimum of five (5) years experience with Data migration projects and technologies Demonstrated experience: ? Legacy (mainframe) Data migration and data cleansing efforts ? Designing and documenting conversion and interface specifications ? Importing and exporting data from mainframe to relational databases ? Data analysis and data mapping ? Estimating resource and time requirements for the data conversion and cleanup ? Development of project plans with the resource and time estimates ? Data cleansing projects for government agencies ? Excellent analytical skills ? Detail and process-oriented ? Proven ability to coordinate activities with business and technical teams ? Excellent oral and written communications skills. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge/skills in the following areas: ? Experience with unemployment insurance Guide Benefit Payment system will be a plus ?
