Description:

This position will provide Enterprise Portal (EP) development and support for the NC Department of Transportations SAP environment.
This position will provide Enterprise Portal (EP) development and support for the clients SAP environment. This environment services over 5,000 users and includes instances of ECC 6.0, BI 7.0, Business Objects, CRM, Enterprise Portal, Solution Manager, GRC, NWCE, and PI.
EP support includes but is not limited to : providing guidance in aligning clients business processes with SAP functionality, handling of change requests, bug/fix, customization, maintaining system integrity, and component integration with ECC. Additional responsibilities include developing test plans & performing system testing. Candidates need to have solid communication skills and will be responsible for mentoring and providing knowledge transfer to other SAP team members.


Required Skills:


* Experience with SAP Enterprise Portal including 2 full SAP EP project life cycle implementations
* Expertise in designing J2EE/WebDynpro/PDK based applications, development component (DC), EPCF eventing, design patterns/frameworks.
* Expertise in development using SAP NWDS, NWDI (DTR, CBS, and CMS) Ie. track, track integration and consolidation concepts
* Experience with integrating web technologies such as BSP (Business Server Pages) and WebDynpro Java/ABAP. Experience in portal themes and layouts
* Expertise in portal administration, advanced concepts such as external facing portal, FPN & portal federation.
* Experience in CRM Grants development
* Experience in Adobe Forms development
* Public Sector experience.
Experience with SAP UX strategies including integration of Fiori Launchpad and Fiori applications with Enterprise Portal.
Experience developing web applications using SAP UI5 and other web technologies.
