Description (including, but not limited to): 1. Developing complex reports using Business Objects reporting software and SAP BW/BICS as a data source. 2. Establishing SAP software settings to support specific business rules, validations, and default values. 3. Long-term support of SAP infrastructure, technologies, and functionality, including services to upgrade system configuration and functionality due to an SAP system or release upgrade. Required Skills: * Develops Complex SAP Business Objects (XI 3.1 - Enterprise 4.1) reports using Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports and Dashboard * Develops complex SAP Business Explorer 7.x reports using Web Analyzer, Analyzer, Web Application Designer and Report Designer using SAP BW objects * Expert level of understanding of SAP BW/BI 7.x data structures and performance characteristics * Excellent communication skill, able to communicate clearly and in writing at a technical level as well as at a business level with customers. * Ability to work independently with little to no direction * Develops Complex SAP Business Objects Enterprise Design Studio Dashboards * Develops complex SAP Business Objects Enterprise 4.1 reports using Web Intelligence and Crystal reports with SAP BW BICS as the data source Desired Skills: * Develops SAP BW objects such as infocubes, dsos, masterdata, transformations, extractors * Recent experience with SAP HR modules such as PA, OM, BN, PT and PY * Recent experience with delivered SAP BW objects supporting HR modules such as 0PA_C01, 0OM_C01, 0PT_C01, 0PABN_C01, 0HR_PT_2, 0EMPLOYEE, 0HRPOSITION   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
