The IT systems provide services like authentication, name resolution, DHCP, OS patching, asset reporting, and anti-virus protection. The Customer Application Systems provide services like State Board of Elections enrollment, Driver?s License Automated Testing, GIS Mapping, materials Mgmt, Roadway Design Specifications & Estimation, as well as other DOT specific COTS and internally developed apps. The selected candidate is required to take into account all the features of a given technology; backup/disaster recovery aspects, design, configuration, operational, and support documentation, operational and support staff training on use & maintenance of new services. Responsibilities Include: ? Research, requirements gathering, design, documenting ? Maintenance of respective systems ? Third level support of the service ? Manage timeliness and resources for projects ? Identify trends ? Develop appropriate technical solutions to mitigate problems Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: Required Experience: ? Must poses strong Systems Integration skills ? Extensive experience in Active Directory, design, implementation and management ? Microsoft SQL configuration experience ? Microsoft Team Foundation Server experience ? VMW is configuration & management experience ? NetApp configuration & management experience ?
