Strong skills in development of analysis procedure, complex system integration, software configuration management, and business analysis 6. Experience troubleshooting and providing customer support 7. Experience working with large, relational databases 8. Designing, developing, and implementing GIS analytic processes such as change detection and geoprocessing workflows 2. Developing and executing advanced queries or scripts 3. Maintaining roadway centerline and linear referenced data using Esri Roads & Highways 4. Utilizing GIS and organizational best practices to maintain and manage GIS layers 5. Developing and documenting workflows, standards, and best practices 6. Developing and executing test plans for all levels of system testing 7.
