Ability to analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, and business processes. Document the program and project deliverables as assigned. Consult with clients to prototype, refine, and test, and debug applications and processes to meet needs. Skills: ------- Must possess detailed understanding and experience working with Microsoft Visual Studio, .Net and .Net Core frameworks. Strong Experience with C# development of REST APIs, SOAP and Web Apps. Knowledge of JSON Web Token (JWT). Experience with ORM tool like Dapper. Experience with .Net logging tool like SeriLog. Experience with Git-based repositories and Azure DevOps. Experience with SOAP UI, Swagger UI and POSTMAN tools. Experience in HTML, CSS. Experience with XML/XSL, JSON. Experience with JavaScript, jQuery. Knowledge of bootstrap is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. This may include writing state approved documentation pertaining to projects, procedures, and analysis. Must be able to lead and motivate others to accomplish a common goal across a team.
