Microsoft Description: The Client is seeking a short term (approx. 12 month) senior project manager to manage the implementation of the VieBridge System. This lead project management role will primarily be responsible for the management and delivery of the VieBridge project initiative currently being undertaken at the Division of Medical Assistance. The goal of the Viebridge project is to automate the workflow of the independent assessment process in order to consistently and accurately assess recipients needs, determine recipient eligibility, authorize service levels, make provider referrals, ensure recipient due process and support DMA analysis of program enrollment. Position will ensure adherence to project management best practices along with Client, State EPMO processes and State Technical Architecture standards as applicable. This position will manage the day to day activities for the project and complete all input to the State Project Management (Touchdown) system. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: authoring all project management artifacts following the practices and guidelines from the PMIs PMBOK, developing the detailed project budget, monitoring expenditures, developing and maintaining all required State CIO project documentation, serving as an IT management liaison to the business client, leading and performing hands-on analysis of the business and technical environments, supervising implementation activities, ensuring that project plans and schedules are established and maintained, ensuring that deliverables are completed timely and accurately, supervising staff (State and contractual staff), conducting formal presentations, coordinating with all project stakeholders and ensure that appropriate project controls are instituted. Required Skills: * Extensive project management experience, preferably with large, business process change management, complex automation implementation effort * Extensive knowledge and experience of business process analysis and defining business requirements * Demonstrated Project Management experience on system deployments with multiple clients * Proven track record of delivering IT projects within budget, scope and schedule. * Objective decision-making ability based on strategic objectives priority, business performance analysis and resource availability * Hands on experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, and communications * Solid work experience with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) * Experience with MS Office.
