A majority of this resources responsibilities will be vulnerability tool administration, scanning setup and scheduling, vulnerability assessment and risk ranking for critical IT systems. This resource should possess senior technical skillsets as well as senior soft skills as this resource will likely lead VTM efforts and strategy for the agency. This resource should possess senior skillsets in preparing reports and presentations to senior management on the status, rate of improvement and overall efficacy of VTM efforts across an enterprise. Required Skills: * Progressive advanced experience as an IT information security professional working within an enterprise environment * Hands-on experience implementing, administrating and operating information security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, Antivirus * Advanced knowledge of the TCP & UDP IP protocol suite and related security architectures * Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance including, but not limited to: OWASP, ISO, PCI-DSS, and NIST * Hands-on experience implementing, administrating and operating technologies such as network traffic analyzers and malware analysis * Advanced experience with scripting and tool automation such as Perl, PowerShell, Regex * Experience implementing and supporting systems within enterprise class data center environments * Specific experience implementing, administrating or operating Rapid7 Nexpose * Specific experience implementing, administrating or operating Tenable Nessus * Experience developing, leading and executing information security incident response plans * Experience developing and implementing information security policy, standards and procedures. * CISSP, GSEC, CEH, Security+ or similar information security certification Desired Skills: * Specific experience implementing, administrating or operating IBM Qradar SIEM * Specific experience implementing, administrating or operating Splunk SIEM * Experience implementing and operating enterprise class data networking solutions * Experience implementing and operating enterprise class server and storage systems   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
