CAST is an enterprise –grade software quality analysis and measurement solution designed to analyze multi-tiered technology applications for technical vulnerabilities and adherence to architectural and coding standards. The CAST Technical Lead will be responsible for: • Working with respective application teams to extract/export the application code (onboarding) and other components needed for CAST AIP • Manage delivery of the extracted code to the CAST AIP for analysis • Provide reports to the management team/CAST Governance Council on the CAST analysis results of the respective application • Work with the respective application review team to understand the results of the CAST analysis • Manage the OTRS change request process for all CAST AIP applications (create OTRS/change for the respective application changes; responsible for the transition of the changes to the respective application teams) • Provide baseline report and analysis against the new CAST report (after re-analysis) to determine the success criteria (present report to review team, management team and steering committee) • Document Lessons Learned experience based on the changes • Establish and coordinate the CAST User group and schedule periodic meetings for IT • Incorporate CAST into the SDLC cycle of the application groups Required Skills: • Experience with CAST AIP • Knowledge of at least one language (Java, .NET, COBOL, C, …) and one RDBMS • Knowledge of batch programming (BAT file) or Perl (scripting language) • Thorough knowledge of software architectures (client/server, mainframe, 3-tiers, …) • Thorough understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) • Experience with Tomcat • Ability to organize/mange work tasks and meet a pre-determined schedule of deliverables • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with CAST Management Studio   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
