This GIS Technical Specialist is to utilize advanced knowledge and skills in computer systems, and GIS technologies to help build and maintain DOTs CTP tool sets, databases, metadata, and training materials. The position will be required to provide technical leadership, document the procedures for CTP and other efforts.
