Responsibilities: ? Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and status reports for client on-boarding activities for the Electronic Content Management (ECM) Service ? Develop business requirements and perform application development, configuration, testing and implementation tasks; collaborate with State agency technical personnel for designing, developing, testing and implementing image capture and other points of integration with the ECM Service and associated document repositories ? Participate and contribute to the physical and logical technical architecture for the ECM Service as well as the overall business model for the service. ? Provide day-to-day technical support and expertise for the ECM Service used by multiple State agencies ? Management of request and incident tickets per SLAs and internal ITIL based service delivery processes ? Implementation of maintenance upgrade/patch cycles for ECM Service platform products and applications ? Participation in on-call support rotation for the ECM Service ? Establish and document operational processes and procedures for the ECM Service Required Skills: * Experience with the EMC/Documentum 5.x or 6.x platform * Experience developing standard shells using scripting languages such as C Shell, Borne Shell, & Pearl * Experience utilizing an Oracle RDBMS for building, configuring, and tuning databases * Experience interfacing a DBMS with performance and availability monitoring * Experience designing, building, supporting, and maintaining an EDM system environment within a large enterprise configuration * Demonstrated ability to work with clients on both a technical and business level for designing and developing EDM solutions * Customer focused with excellent oral and written communication skills within a business and technical context * Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to function as a consultant to executive branch State agencies, EDM clients, and others as needed Preferred Skills: * Experience with EMC Captiva and Generis CARA products   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
