Individual must have strong customer service skills supporting users at all levels throughout the enterprise. Must be able to work well with people and possess strong communication skills as needed to effectively interpret and communicate highly technical information to non-technical and technical users. Individual must be able to perform in a fast-paced, progressive, and challenging team environment; possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
