The contractors have extensive training and expertise in computational biology, mathematical models, statistical analysis and machine learning. This team will provide additional expertise by conducting and/or creating survival analyses, hierarchical models, multivariate analyses, latent growth curve models, multiple imputation, matching methods for covariate balance, algorithm design and process improvement processes. In order to address the growing need for association studies and predictive analysis regarding COVID-19, the North Dakota Department of Health seeks to utilize their expertise in conducting and disseminating analytical results that allow the state to be timely and responsive to growing needs around the COVID-19.
