Description : Primary Job Responsibilities: • Design test plans, scenarios, and scripts ensuring they are repeatable and meet the standards • Create and maintain QA artifact • Execute all level of testing which includes functional, integration, acceptance and regression • Document software defect and validate after defect resolution • Participate in product design reviews and provide input on the functional requirement, schedules, issues, and risk • Participate in the evaluation and selection of QA testing tools and methodologies that best fit the project need • Handle issues related to QA testing component within a project • Adhere to specific QA testing standards and guideline for the project • Assists in the development of QA testing plans and cases • Create test data, execute and maintain tests and tests scripts • Review test scripts for completeness and accuracy Key Qualifications: Background and experience conducting quality assurance on unemployment insurance system projects. Experience with Agile or hybrid agile methodologies. 2 yrs. Experience with the entire lifecycle process (start to finish) of quality management. 2 yrs. Effective written and oral communication skills and ability to build and maintain solid working relationships.
