Required Skills: The successful applicant must have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experiences. Qualified experience may include: 1) Seven years of experience with direct supervision of a team which would involve coordination and prioritizing of team assignment, leading analysis-design-solutions, identify and facilitate solutions with conflict resolution, and application of policy and procedures in daily work; 2) Five (5) years of experience with banking/accounting/financial processing; 3) Two (2) years of experience in Software Development; specifically defining business requirements and testing, and 4) Working knowledge of MS Word, Access, Excel, VISIO, Sharepoint, and Clarity Desired Skills: PREFERENCE will be given to candidates with hands on experience of Child Support Enforcement activities such as Locating non-custodial parents, Establishing paternity and support obligations, Enforcing support orders, and Gathering case information. Experience in a large team interacting with a wide range of partners (business and technical) will be helpful.
