Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Tester with experience in testing ETL/ELT, Data Warehouse, and Cloud Applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our data is accurately and efficiently migrated from various sources into our data warehouse, as part of an agile scrum team and requires the ability to write and develop custom automated scripts tailored to customer needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily:

· Work with product owners and scrum team to understand acceptance criteria and translate them into test cases

· Execute ETL test cases to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity

· Identify, document, and track defects in ETL processes

· Develop and maintain ETL testing scripts using SQL, Python, and Scala, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and scalability

· Participate in all scrum activities



Education / Experience

· Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ETL/ELT testing, Data Warehouse, and Cloud Applications

Technical Skills

Proficient in SQL, Python, and Scala for developing automated testing scripts
Experience with Agile development methodology

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Experience in testing Cloud applications like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus

Skills & Abilities

A technically inclined, self-starter who is detail-oriented
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
Strong organization, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Basic leadership skills

· Proven ability to be prompt, dependable, and trustworthy

· Ability to quickly understand relevant business knowledge and apply it effectively in testing scenarios
