Demonstrated proficiency with the following: o managed metadata service, o search, o usage and health data collection, o web analytics, o and user profile. • Experience implementing publishing, web parts development/customization and migration. • Experience identifying and implementing SharePoint governance, standards and best practices. • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to gather and provide information effectively, regardless of audience. • Must be able to work well within a team environment and have exceptional collaborative skills. Must be service oriented with strong interpersonal skills with all levels of business and technical staff. • Demonstrated analytical skills that include working directly with business staff to determine sound technical solutions for business requirements. • Must be able to perform analysis and create supporting technical documentation. Preferred qualifications: • Microsoft Certification o Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Microsoft Office SharePoint 2010: Configuration and Application Development o Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): Microsoft Office SharePoint 2010 Administrator o Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD): Microsoft Office SharePoint 2010 SharePoint Developer • A Bachelors degree in IT related field of study is preferred. • Experience implementing SharePoint Server 2010 Services/Service Applications including: o Access services, o business data connectivity, o Excel services application, o PerformancePoint, o state service, o and Visio graphics service. • Experience implementing: o collaboration, o portal, o forms, o workflows, o MySites, o template customization, o navigation customization, o and branding customization. • Experience with Microsoft Expression Studio. • Web development experience (HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript). • Experience with Microsoft SQL 2008. • Experience with Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS). • Knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office or similar products is preferred.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
