Candidates must have complete fluency in speaking and writing in the English language. Candidates are strong self-starters and be very self-motivated and have the ability to quickly learn and apply new technology. Candidates work directly with various levels of business and technical staff to determine sound technical solutions for business requirements. Candidates work with servers to set-up, install and update software and trouble shoot issues. Candidates will be responsible for support, deployment and configuration of application stack components. Candidates have full technical knowledge of all phases of applications development and the development technologies utilized. Candidates provide production support for large, complex applications including the ability to resolve problems in constrained time frames. Candidates have strong organization, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Required Skills: * 7 years of working with HIPAA/EDI X12, 4010/5010 Healthcare transactions. * 3 years of experiences in a position providing support for an Edifecs EDI applications platform. * 5 years of server experience. * 5 years of experience with relational databases, including complex SQL accessing a large, complex application database. * 2 years development experience with VBScript, preferably current within the last 5 years. * 2 years of experience with Sybase EDI Software. Working knowledge of SoapUI, MIME, NDM, SFTP and DB2 UDB tools. * 1 years of development experience with COBOL and complex CICS applications accessing DB2 databases in an IBM mainframe environment is preferred.
