The IS&T Data Quality Developer plays a major role in ensuring that our leadership, business partners, and stakeholders are provided with technology capabilities that enable monitoring the quality of our organizations data and drive progressive improvements. He / She / They are responsible for ensuring effective integration between data management systems, the quality monitoring of our data integration pipelines, reporting / analytical systems, and the development of our data governance systems. The IS&T Data Quality Developer will work with IS&T Data Management & Enterprise Business Intelligence and DHHS stakeholders to define, design, develop, and deliver data quality technical processes, reports, and analytics that align with DHHSs Data Management Roadmap and Strategic Plan and achieve the business vision. Scope of Activities: The IS&T Data Quality Developer will demonstrate competency across the following scope of activities: Provides support to IS&T project teams for all activities related to data quality components developed and maintained for DHHS Has direct communication with data owners, data analysts, data developers, and / or vendors to convey technical requirements that automate data quality, data governance, and provide self-service capabilities to the business for data quality improvement Designs and develops technical implementations for data quality including data discovery, data profiling, data integration pipelines, data cleansing rules, data quality reports, and data matching and survivor ship rules Leads the enterprise architecture development for data management and enterprise business intelligence Collaborates with IS&T Business Analysts to identify solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to project managers, owners, and stakeholders Required Credentials and Experience: Post High School coursework, training, or experience Capable of working 100% remotely during the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm CST IT experience working with enterprise data management and business intelligence platforms IT experience working in Agile project methodologies IT experience in data management, data integration, data analysis, data modelling, data visualization, data governance, data quality, data cleansing, data matching and survivorship Preferred Credentials and Experience: IT experience working with Alation Data Catalog IT experience working with Snowflake IT experience working with Tableau IT experience working in Agile SAFe project methodology Skills: Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience gathering and documenting project requirements and specifications Native or equivalent English fluency Ability to work with developers in an in-and-out outsourced environment High attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Competencies: Ability to work creatively and   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
