Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) •Provides business systems analysis and solutioning support for internal and external clients, identifying business needs and recommending industry best practice solutions •Participates in feasibility discussion •Serves as a liaison between internal and external clients, operations, and IT teams •Performs evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, translation into proper system requirement specifications and configuration, considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment •Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, applications and industry requirements •Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align information technology solutions with business initiatives •Solicits estimates and assumptions for input into indicative pricing •Leads large scale projects •Teaches end users new technology and enhancements using all appropriate communication tools Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) •Requires 10+ years of relevant experience within insurance or related industry oAdvanced knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture oAdvanced analytical/problem solving skills oAdvanced ability to identify and evaluate existing and potential IT and business challenges oExceptional influencing and communication skills oExceptional ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources oAdvanced client service skills and leadership capabilities oExceptional organizational and time management skills Travel: This position requires occasional travel to Lincoln, NE, or client locations Degree: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Nice to Have; (But not a must)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
