The candidate will be responsible for leading / project managing requirements gathering from cross functional teams to optimize development of design. Lead / project manage cross functional team in conceptualizing and driving completion of user flows, wireframes and visual mockups for user interface design. Deliver / implement a user interface that leverages data visualization and multi-touch capability. Partner with Training teams to ensure communication of use of interface is clear and concise. Project manage all enhancements to the system as the business evolves and new pricing, products and services are launched. Position will have key focus on driving simplified / improved user interface, enhancement of user experience, personalization, gaining system efficiencies and reducing Sales cycle time. 1. Lead cross functional teams in gathering requirements for development of innovative user interface design, graphics optimization, navigation, site layout and usability design. 2. Project manage the development and ownership of interface from concept to implementation by turning requirements into user flows and visual mockups. Requires ability to make design/flow decisions and recommendations. Additionally, requires ability to effectively communicate and present flows to cross functional teams and various levels of management. 3. Lead cross functional teams in the continued support and enhancement of the user interface. Ownership to ensure changes / enhancements of interface are implemented. 4. Partner with IT and/or outside Vendor and cross functional team to implement new user interface and system enhancements. Requires leading and/or participation in core team meetings, developing test cases and participation in UAT Testing pre implementation. 5. Partner with training teams to ensure communication of use of interface is clear and concise 3-5 years experience in user interface design and development 3-5 years experience POS /Web development iRise experience preferred 3-5 years of project management experience preferred POS application experience preferred Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical personnel and management Experience in creating complex development projects that require an understanding of application logic and dependencies with emphasis on ease of use and visual functionality Experience with interpreting use cases and process flow diagrams Ability to work in a dynamic team orientated environment as well as independently Strong analytic and problem solving skills PRIMARY SKILL REQUIREMENT: user interface design and development/ POS/Web development   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
