Job Description Developer: Filenet BPM Admin Tools, Filenet Certified Workflow Developer, Filenet Development, Filenet WorkplaceWorkplace XT Web Servic

Description:

Required Skills:
*Minimum of five (5) years experience with Filenet development.
*Filenet Certified Workflow developer.
*Experience using Filenet Workplace/Workplace XT.
*Experience using Filenet BPM Admin tools – Process Configuration Console and Process Administrator.
*Experience integrating workflows with Web Services, Step Processor and Content Engine.
*Possess strong business acumen with excellent communication skills. Must have good presentation skills and comfortable communicating with mid and executive management.
*Able to multi-task, be pro-active in project planning and requirements gathering and capable of setting priorities based on impact and risk to the business without supervision.
*Experience presenting business process improvement proposalsto seniormanagement and the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively

Desired Skills:
*Filenet Administration experience.
*Integrating workflows with Business Rules Engine.
*Filenet API development.
