As part of a fast-growing and successful team that helps our business get the maximum benefit, candidates will lead workshops and interviews with business process SMEs to gather and optimize business process details, create PDDs, develop POCs, pilots and production automation. **** UIPath Certification Required **** Responsibilities: • Manage all phases of the RDLC (Robotic Development Life Cycle), including design, development, testing, and deployment of automations of business processes. • Design and develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to meet use cases as per the RDLC (Robotic Development Life Cycle). • Advise customers in developing automation strategies and roadmaps while also providing guidance around RPA Operating Models. • Build an RPA Center of Excellence, define automation best practices, and program governance. • Own the building, testing, and delivery of robotic automation capabilities using UIPath. • Drive strategic and tactical rollout of the solution by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios; document configuration practices and create and maintain solution documentation. • Develop the solution as per PDD and SDD documents using UiPath. • Constantly evaluate RPA strategy; conduct research on emerging RPA approaches and technologies. Qualifications: • UIPath Certification required. • 10+ years of over all application development experience required. • 3-5 years of experience in RPA development using any leading RPA product. • 1-3 years of experience building complex automations using UIPath. • Stellar experience in mentoring others in creation and implementation of automated solutions. • Experience in C#, VB.NET, SQL, and Web Services/APIs. • Masters degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience required.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
