Utilizes budgeting and forecasting information, competitive data analysis and certain systems information. Utizes financial and operating reporting, account structures and procedures. Leverages resource utilization through scenario planning, and other analytical and interviewing techniques. Prefer experience with financial modeling and valuation, as well as knowledge of scorecard metrics that may be used in determining organizational performance. Ensures the integrity of the data compilation process including interview preparation, template creation and population, information consolidation, data synthesis, and communication and dissemination Executive Management reports are all discussed, analyzed and managed properly. Ensure timely flow of consistent, accurate financial and operating information. Develop analytics, variance reports, charts and graphs to depict and analyze results. Identify risks and opportunities for business and/or functional area and prepare other ad hoc analysis, as needed. Work with Finance resources to implement enhanced identified area opportunities. Synthesize large amounts of data and simplify it to communicate to non-financial audience. Collaborates with others in the development of financial evaluations and assessments of business opportunities / alternatives and provide comprehensive documentation of analysis that assists in decision making to achieve leadership objectives. Networks with groups across the organization to gather data and gain needed information to influence outcomes. Communicates with the business areas and operations departments to operationalize the agreed upon actions resulting from the demand work. Gains cooperation and commitment to obtain information from peers, internal and external customers/contacts. Interactions require fulfilling requests for information.
