Ability to facilitate and lead large-group requirements sessions resulting in documented business and/or functional requirements. 3. Experience working with virtual teams (including offshore resources). 4. Experience in creating business requirement documents, functional design documents, functional requirements documentation, risk matrices, master test plans, test cases (functional and user acceptance), and status reports. 5. Demonstrates strong communication skills written and verbal. 6. Ability to liaison with technical teams and testing teams (able to assist in resolving issues identified in testing relating to requirements). 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment having aggressive turn-around times for deliverables. 8. Able to work independently when given assignments; not requiring micro-management. 9. Experience with projects involving 403 and 457 plans good understanding of industry standards (not necessarily specific to TIAA-CREF). 10. Could take one or the other (e.g. AGILE vs. Waterfall; RRC/RTC vs. HPQC). We can always train on the other process. Additional skills a plus: OmniPlus, OmniStation, or OmniManager, PRISM, FileNet / CaseManager, Web Design / Web Development, Siebel Expected Responsibilities Networks with groups across the organization to gather data and gain needed information to influence outcomes.
