Collect detailed requirement of enhancements required by users and present to the development team for analyzing and implementation. Provide recommendation on using existing functionalities and option of enhancing them if required by the business. Resolve simple configuration issues that doesnt affect functionalities, but provides resolution. Configure people permissions and group membership; Configure ticket auto-assignment; Configure Operation and Product catalog; Grant the Alternate Approval rights. Conduct and monitor the UAT testing and present changes for the CCB meeting. Conduct the UAT testing and validate with users that provided new or changed functionalities meet users requirements Participate in the CCB meetings and present changes that should be pushed to Remedy production Develop process or product training materials for specified audiences as needed. Work on the FYI and How to catalogs User training for the new functionality Knowledge of the remedy report tools and run reports on need it bases Create reports or help to create various reports to about incident, change, etc., tickets based on the various criteria Hours vary but must be willing and able to work any shift (day, evening, night) also must be able to work weekends, holidays and overtime. May be required to travel for varying lengths of time. Will be required to attend technical training classes. Must maintain a satisfactory level of performance. Must maintain a satisfactory level of attendance. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Remedy Foundation, and all basic out of the box modules. Understand the Remedy infrastructure and configuration Work experience with the basic Remedy applications including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem, Service Request, Release Management, Remedy CMDB Understand windows tools including Visio, Quality Assurance, Understand Remote Access, Email, Active Directory, PeopleSoft   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
