From a Data Warehousing Standpoint, must have Experience with Erwin and PowerDesigner. • Marketing Technology group is looking to build their own Data Development/EDW/Informatica expertise. • The Senior Software Developer will essentially be the Marketing Technology subject matter expert in Marketing EDW related data model, layout and will assist in performing any analysis/trouble shooting pertaining Marketing Business demand • This will be the first hire to the start the Marketing Technology Data Development group. This individual will need to be self-sufficient and require little to no technical guidance while at the same time being hands-on and completing data development tasks/projects. • The candidate should have a strong knowledge of Data Warehousing. The role will require Data modeling, ETL Informatica Development & Testing and Development of Shell scripts (Unix/Linux, etc.) along with Data Modeling skill set. The primary function will be to design, model, develop, and test code for data movement. • Technical Discipline o Strong working knowledge of Informatica 9.1/10.x, SSIS, Unix, oracle 10g/11 g, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Scripting (Unix, Java, Perl, etc.) o Data modelling tools like PowerDesigner, Erwin, etc o Hadoop experience is desirable but not mandatory • Personal Skills o Ability to establish relationships across the organization in order to gain understanding of enterprise wide reporting needs and garner support for broad reporting initiatives o Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written o Ability to effectively communicate at different levels across the organization o High energy level and strong work ethic and ability to work in a dynamic environment. o Strong problem solving skills • Preferred knowledge and skills o Ability to architect, develop, maintain, and support Informatica code o Understanding where to use relational and where to use dimensional design o Provide guidance and recommendation on Informatica best practices o Advanced Knowledge of relational database knowledge such as Oracle, SQL server and Netezza. o Experience dealing with teams working onsite and offshore • Experience in Financial / Brokerag   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
